Paid marketing is a critical growth engine for Lendio, generating consistent, high-intent demand across a diversified portfolio of acquisition channels. This is a hands-on ownership role requiring direct accountability for performance, efficiency, and scale.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of multiple search and social paid advertising channels within Lendio’s growth portfolio, with direct responsibility for channel performance, reporting, optimization, and overall channel health, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve results and new channels.
Responsibilities
Assume end-to-end ownership of assigned paid advertising channels, with full accountability for performance, efficiency, and results.
Develop and execute full-funnel, channel-specific strategies encompassing budget management, audience targeting, creative testing, and bid optimization.
Maintain current knowledge of market trends, platform updates, and competitive dynamics, and adjust approaches proactively as conditions evolve.
Ensure accurate configuration, tracking, and ongoing operation of all assigned channels, including API connections and data flows.
Monitor, optimize, and scale channel performance against key KPIs, including lead quality, funded offers, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Regularly refine creatives, ad copy, bids, and other performance levers to remain aligned with evolving market dynamics and platform changes.
Collaborate closely with channel representatives and internal cross-functional partners to align acquisition strategy with downstream performance and business outcomes.
Deliver and maintain clear, actionable reporting and performance insights that communicate results, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify, design, and execute tests to expand existing channels and evaluate emerging paid acquisition opportunities.
Develop and maintain monthly plans for budget allocation, campaign prioritization, and optimization strategies to support scalable, efficient growth.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience managing paid lead acquisition channels at significant scale.
A performance marketing orientation with confidence in owning budget, results, and optimization decisions.
High AI curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage it in your day-to-day work.
A proven track record of identifying, launching, and scaling paid media channels.
Strong analytical fluency, including the ability to interpret complex performance data and translate findings into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced growth environment where efficiency, experimentation, and iteration are central to the work.
The ability to balance near-term performance goals with long-term channel health and scalability.
Preferred: prior experience in fintech, marketplace businesses, or lead-based acquisition models.
